DHS issues final rule on certification for certain foreign-born AHPs
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced in the July 25 Federal Register a final rule that requires new certification for certain foreign-born allied health professionals (AHPs). This rule took effect on September 23 and applies to immigrants and non-immigrants alike. Have you revised your policies to reflect this change?
