Don't put telephone-system improvements on hold
I was more than a little surprised when a family friend decided to leave her family practitioner because of frustration regarding the practice's poor telephone access. When she went to another provider, her call was answered on the second ring, convincing her that finding a new physician was the right decision for her and her family.
