Bush pushes for paperless with $125 million, information requests
Electronic health records (EHR) could cut medical costs by as much as 20%, President Bush declared in January. The administration announced plans to request an increase in funding for the president's EHR plan-bringing the total to $100 million for the current fiscal year-and to demand $125 million for the next fiscal budget.
