Thanking employees vital tool for improving morale, productivity
Could the key to a more profitable, efficient practice be as simple as saying "thank you" to your employees from time to time?
Admittedly, a hearty "gracias" won't do the job on its own. But a recent Gallup survey found that employees who received regular praise and recognition were more productive, more likely to stay at their current jobs, received high satisfaction scores from the customers/clients they interacted with, and even had better safety records on the job.
