Doctors want slower pace, lower liability rates, MGMA survey says
Pennsylvania and Texas placed more physicians in 2005 than any other states, according to the MGMA Physician Placement Starting Salary Survey (PPSSS), 2006 reported, based on 2005 data. Six states-those two plus Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, and California-accounted for roughly 42% of all placements reported in 2005.
