Use of recruitment incentives spikes in 2006, survey shows
Driven by an increasingly competitive physician-recruiting environment, the average value of one-time recruitment in-centives, such as signing bonuses and relocation stipends, has increased dramatically in recent years, according to the Merritt, Hawkins & Associates (MHA) 2006 Review of Physician Recruitment Incentives.
