Four key concepts to put in your quality plan

Practice managers may vary in their approach to quality, but a successful quality improvement plan will integrate that philosophy into ongoing practice procedures and policies, patient satisfaction, and staff member recognition. When some practices hear the phrase "quality assurance," they tend to think this concept is against them, says Ann D.
