Cancer Death Rates Continue to Decline

Cancer mortality has been steadily declining for two decades, according to data from the American Cancer Society. Decreases in three major cancer sites: lung, prostate, and colorectal accounted for most of the decrease in men, while dips in breast and colorectal cancers accounted for the majority of the drop in rates among women.
