1 in 3 Physicians Balk at Reporting Incompetent Colleagues

Nearly a third of physicians of responding to a nationwide survey said they would not report other physicians who were "significantly impaired or otherwise incompetent to practice" because of such factors as mental disorders or substance abuse, study says.
