NAPH's Siegel to Take Charge of 'Safety Net' Hospitals

The incoming CEO of the National Association of Public Hospitals and Health Systems, Bruce Siegel, MD, MPH, says he will be a "tireless advocate" for so-called safety net hospitals that provide healthcare for low income people, the uninsured, and the underserved, regardless of ability to pay.
