Violence Against ED Nurses Remains High, But Remedies Exist

Emergency department nurses say they are victims of physical violence every week. To me, the most disturbing factoid is that no action was taken against the perpetrator in 45% of the cases. The Emergency Nurses Association points out this violence prevention problem in their nationwide survey, what is your hospital doing to find a solution?
