CMS Releases OPPS Final Rule for 2011
Four changes to physician supervision requirements for the 2011 Outpatient Prospective Payment System final rule include a finalized definition of "immediately available," a new nonsurgical category, a service supervision panel, and delayed enforcement for rural and critical access hospital supervision requirements.
