Time for Healthcare Industry to Examine Tobacco Use Policy

Until the last decade or so, hospitals were notable laggards in the antismoking effort. Now some healthcare organizations are taking the antismoking crusade one big step further, incentivizing employees to kick the habit, or banning the hiring of tobacco users outright.
