Miami Physician Sentenced 2 Years for Medicare Fraud

For his role in a multimillion dollar Medicare scam, Fred Dweck, MD, has been sentenced to prison and been ordered to pay part of $22 million in restitution to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Department of Justice said.
