DOJ, Inova Settle ADA Lawsuit

Inova Health System has agreed to a settlement under which it would pay $145,000 to resolve a federal complaint that the health system failed to provide sign language interpreters to a hearing impaired pregnant woman and other deaf people, the Department of Justice says.
