Tenet Rejects, CHS Withdraws 'Final Offer'

Tenet Healthcare has rejected an unsolicited offer from Community Health Systems to acquire the Dallas-based healthcare services company. CHS had described the bid as its 'best and final' offer and following Tenet's response, withdrew it.
