Scranton Scramble: CHS to Acquire Moses Taylor, Geisinger to Buy CMC

In the span of an hour or so, Community Health Systems announced plans to buy Moses Taylor Health Care System, and Geisinger Health System confirmed that it will acquire the Community Medical Center in Scranton, PA. Financial details were not disclosed for either deal.
