Tavenner, the Anti-Berwick?

By most accounts, Marilyn Tavenner will not bring to the top job at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services the "visionary" status that Don Berwick has enjoyed. Her friends and colleagues, however, suggest that Tavenner is politically astute and unlikely to "be a bomb thrower."
