Healthcare Community Engagement Roles Here to Stay

Bon Secours created a community engagement role in order to innovate how the health system interacts with patients, employees, and physicians. Nearly three years later, the position has evolved to span what it calls the meaningful use of social technology—that is, what the health system can do to affect population health.
