Healthcare Cost Growth Acceleration Continues

While the average per capita cost of healthcare services covered by commercial insurance and Medicare programs increased more than 6% in one year, it's "nearly impossible to tell" if healthcare reform legislation has been a factor, says the chairman of the Index Committee at Standard & Poor's Healthcare Economic Indices.
