Providers Should Worry, Not Docs

Based on a controversial physician payment formula, CMS proposed last month that doctors get a 10 percent haircut in Medicare physician fees for 2008. History shows that cut almost certainly won't stick. But money has to come from somewhere, and Tom Scully, for one, believes providers will likely take the hit.
