Children's Medical Center Dallas is expected to announce it will spend $21 million to build a 34,000-square-foot outpatient specialty center on 10 acres in Southlake, TX. The center will offer services such as pediatric cardiology, gastroenterology, urology, sports medicine, and imaging. In its first phase, the outpatient specialty center will see patients by appointments only. But Children's has the option of later expanding to offer more services and an ambulatory surgery center, the Dallas Morning News reports.
