Richmond County Hospital Authority, owners of University Health Care System, is purchasing the 231-bed Trinity Hospital in Augusta, Georgia, from Brentwood, Tennessee-based Quorum Health Corporation. The deal is expected to be closed within 90 days subject to customary approvals and closing conditions.
