The Embree Group, a real estate group based in Georgetown, Texas, has purchased sites in Avon, Plainfield, Greenwood, and Noblesville to build small hospitals containing no more than 15 beds. Numerous phone calls and emails to the Embree Group over recent weeks went unreturned.
