California public health officials wary of bill to cover uninsured

Public health officials are increasingly concerned that California's proposed healthcare system could leave big financial holes in the state's safety net. The proposal intends to expand coverage to all 6.8 million uninsured Californians who get most of their care at hospital emergency rooms.
