Casa Colina Centers for Rehabilitation, a nationally recognized leader in the field of medical rehabilitation located in Pomona, California will be opening a 31-bed medical/surgical hospital, including operating room and SICU, on this campus in early 2015.

Our growth equates to job opportunities as we are currently seeking an executive to fill the vital role of Director of Quality, Licensure and Accreditation. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring our quality review program, as well as overseeing and coordinating all activities related to maintaining our current license and obtaining new licensure as a med-surg hospital. Successful candidate will have experience with the following: directing the collection, measurement, and presentation of data required for monitoring quality indicators; identification and assessment of quality management opportunities for improvement, and providing recommendations to medical staff and facility committees regarding quality issues.

A proven track record of preparing hospitals through the provision of education to parties involved in quality assessment and improvement, familiarizing them with The Joint Commission standards, Conditions of Participation, California regulatory requirements for licensure, their interpretation and methods of data collection, display, and statistical analysis is required. This position is also responsible for the state licensure of residential programs of Casa Colina Centers for Rehabilitation and CARF Accreditation in these programs.

Licensure as RN preferred or other proven experience in acute care hospital accreditation and licensure.
Casa Colina was founded in 1936 to provide rehabilitation to children with polio and has evolved to a full continuum of care currently including: 190 physical rehabilitation and residential beds, an Adult Day Health Care center, an extensive out-patient program treating nearly 2000 children and adults in sports medicine, PT, OT, Speech, Neuro-Psychology, autism and learning disabilities each week and the upcoming opening of Med/Surg and ICU beds Casa Colina offers a great compensation and benefit package.
