Jackson Health System's international mystery

Miami Herald, June 7, 2010

Last year, cash-strapped Jackson Health System gave $8.9 million to its nonprofit foundation to lure international patients. They wonder if international marketing is yet another example of what some view as a dysfunctional public health system that lost $244 million last year, the Miami Herald reports.
