VIDEO: Who decides what a doctor is worth?

Even when their offices are open for only 10 hours, some doctors are being paid for 24 hours of work in a single day. This occurs due to the little known way that doctors' pay rates are set. 31 doctors picked by the American Medical Association recommend values for every procedure in medicine, which totals over 6,000 different codes. Brook Silva-Braga of the Washington Post talks about this set up, and how the AMA is the wrong organization to organize such a setup.
