Top New York lawmakers to back Cuomo doctor-ranking model

Two top New York lawmakers will support legislation based on the Attorney General Andrew Cuomo's doctor-ranking system that will set a standard for health insurers. The doctor-ranking system compels insurers to fully disclose to consumers and physicians all aspects of the system.
