Wisconsin health system drops HMO

Wisconsin-based Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare has opted not to renew its contract with Managed Health Services. The decision is expected to force Managed Health Services to exit the market in Racine County, where 4,000 people are enrolled in health maintenance organizations run by Managed Health Services.
