Arizona Daily Star, August 12, 2008
A judge in the U.S. District Court for Arizona has ordered Raytheon Missile Systems of Tucson, AZ, a division of Raytheon Company of Waltham, MA, must reinstate healthcare benefits to those employees who opted for early retirement. This restores benefits to approximately 1,000 retirees, and calls for compensation for premiums they have paid since their coverage ceased in 2004.
