Healthcare reform aids Connecticut's Sustinet

Hartford Courant, May 28, 2010

Federal healthcare reform legislation passed in March makes Connecticut's SustiNet health insurance program "substantially easier" to develop, according to a new report. The SustiNet Health Partnership Board of Directors released a report on how the state health insurance plan could be implemented in a way to work with federal healthcare reform. The report says federal healthcare legislation passed in March provides "many new resources" to low-income uninsured people and to support SustiNet, the Hartford Courant reports.
