Some Iowa doctors resist insurers’ Medicare Advantage plans

A major Des Moines-area healthcare provider ran a full-page newspaper advertisement, warning consumers that it would not accept most Medicare Advantage plans. The Iowa Clinic, which has about 115 physicians, referred to the plans as "Medicare Replacement Products."
