Lure new hires with competitive salary and more
Persuading a new physician to join your group isn't strictly a matter of salary. By offering the right combination of salary, bonus (either sign-on or yearly), and other nonmonetary compensations, your practice can often sway a doctor's decision in your favor.
Salary surveys often reveal little variation in the money that practices offer different doctors, meaning those "little extras" in your compensation package can make or break a deal with a doctor you want to hire.
