Don't let language in consent agreement with licensing board hurt your ability to contract with plans

No licensed provider expects to be investigated by his or her state licensing board, but a growing number of patients, colleagues, and others are reporting providers' activities or behavior to these boards. The boards, which are under increased scrutiny for poorly policing the providers who they license, have bolstered their efforts to investigate these reports.
