Six tips to create a compensation committee
In 2004, nearly 75% of larger medical groups (i.e., those with more than 100 physicians) opted to use a compensation committee to decide how to divide incentives and discretionary compensation, according to the newly released American Medical Group Association 2005 Compensation and Productivity Survey . But deciding who belongs on that committee is a task in and of itself.
