Hal Ziecheck has been named COO of Morton Plant North Bay Hospital effective July 27. For 16 years, Ziecheck has been COO of Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, FL. Morton Plant North Bay's current COO, John Couris, has accepted the position of CEO at Jupiter Medical Center.
