Democrats focus on key elements of health bill

Wall Street Journal, January 26, 2010

The White House, with its healthcare initiative in doubt, has zeroed in on several elements it hoped would survive, including measures to extend the life of Medicare, lower prescription drug costs for seniors, and cap consumers' out-of-pocket medical expenses, the Wall Street Journal reports.
