Baptist questions UM's plan for huge health center

In what could be a battle between two of the region's biggest healthcare systems, Baptist Health South Florida announced Monday it questions whether the city of Coral Gables should allow the University of Miami to build a health center on its main campus.

"It's huge,'' Baptist Chief Executive Brian Keeley said. ``It's 200,000 square feet -- that's bigger than the Orange Bowl.'' In fact, that square footage would be the equivalent of four football fields.
