New authority at struggling Peninsula Hospital

New York Daily News, March 14, 2012

Long Island attorney Lori Lapin Jones was tapped by the U.S. Trustee's office, a division of the U.S. Department of Justice, to run Peninsula Hospital, bumping CEO Todd Miller from the top of the hospital’s hierarchy, sources said. The move also terminates the retainer with Abrams Fensterman, the law firm that represented Peninsula during its Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization.
