Tipping the Scale: A.D.A.M.’s interactive content is DRG-coded, enabling quick linkage to price transparency site, clarian.org/priceguide. “Our patient educators liked the way the content was written,” says Riemen. “Most consumers can understand it.”

Deployment: Began January 2007.
