Minnesota nurses to vote on second strike

Minneapolis Star Tribune, June 15, 2010

After a one-day strike failed to nudge hospitals toward a better offer, Minneapolis-St. Paul nurses are poised to vote on an open-ended walkout. About 12,000 nurses will vote on whether to walk indefinitely. If at least 66% vote yes, they would need to give the hospitals a minimum of 10 days' notice but could strike anytime after that. There have been no new dates set for negotiations, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
