Patients evacuated from NY medical center after power failure

The New York Times, October 30, 2012
NYU Langone Medical Center was forced to evacuate all patients to nearby hospitals amid the Monday's storm. The medical center's backup power system failed so they began transporting all 215 patients at the hospital to other facilities. Patients were still being transported to other nearby hospitals, including Sloan Kettering and Mt. Sinai, early Tuesday morning.
