Vanderbilt University Medical Center gets childhood cancer grants

Vanderbilt University Medical Center will receive two awards totaling $400,000 from Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer. The foundation recently announced recipients of new pediatric cancer research grants totaling almost $4 million. The grants are being given to 18 institutions and universities in 13 states.
