GA, Hellman buy all of Emdeon

HLTH Corp. has sold its 48 percent interest in medical claims processor Emdeon Business Services to General Atlantic LLC and Hellman & Friedman LLC for $575 million in cash. HLTH Corp. is the parent of online health information supplier WebMD Health Corp.
