What the FCC's broadband report means for genomics and personalized medicine

The Federal Communications Commission's National Broadband Plan has been released to Congress. In Section 10.4 ("Unlocking the Value of Data"), the FCC offers up two important themes that are relevant to how at least one government agency views the future of genomics and personalized medicine, according to Genomics Law Report.
