Number of Vendors Considered: 200-plus—question RFP sent to eight, with five respondents.
Evaluation Tools: Live and Web demos with some 50 staff who completed 80-question evaluation scorecard.
Safe Side: After choosing ECIN, validated with two site visits before contract negotiations began. “We were willing to change if the site visits did not pan out,” Bragg says.
Deployment: Scheduled for completion by end of 2007.
