As numerous concepts and structural changes are proposed and debated in Congress and in town hall meetings throughout the US, there has been noticeable absence of discussion on how changes, both inevitable and highly probable, will impact the way healthcare is delivered and how caregivers, physicians and institutions will actually have to adapt. In reality, coming out on top, having the best strategic alignment, in short winning under any conceivable future state of healthcare is going to be highly determined by just a few factors.
