Drug counselors overdose at addiction facility

Two deceased counselors were found at a private group home and halfway house for struggling drug addicts. The pair had used needles and small baggies for heroin near their bodies, the Chester County (PA) district attorney's office said. "If anybody is wondering how bad the opioid epidemic has become, this case is a frightening example," DA Tom Hogan said.
