Grant to help connect Evansville, IN, with statewide health network While one RHIO sputters, another gets a breath of life. The Chicago Tribune describes how a $1.3 million grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services will be used over two years to connect Evansville with the nonprofit Indiana Health Information Exchange.
